1. The Sailing Stones of Racetrack Playa

located in : Death Valley, California, U.S.A

the sailing stones move by themselves, for years the movement of sailing stones was a mystery, But in 2014 , scientist were able to solve this incredible fascinating mystery. 

The sailing stones were pushed by the wind of the desert whenever an ephemeral wind pond is created, which is a sheet of ice only a few millimeters thick 

2. The underwater city of Shicheng, China 

located in  : qiandoa lake, China

a man-made body of water formed in the late 1950 C.E. , The city itself, now perfectly preserved under the waters of the lake, was established in 208 C.E., it's pristine preservation was found by divers, today, visitors can scuba dive to explore the city of ancient china .

3. The Door to Hell of Derweze, Turkmenistan

located in : the middle of karakum desert

 

this crater was created by the collapse of an underground cavern in 1971. It has the size of a American football field. The fire was lit by geologist at the time of the collapse to prevent methane gas, has never gotten out. No one knows how long the fires at the door to hell will burn.

4. The Aokigahara Forest of Japan

 

The aokigahara forest, or the suicide forest, has had a deadly association for centuries. It is reputedly haunted by angry spirits of people left there to die, through the practice of ubasute, In which elderly family members were abandoned in remote places as a form of euthanasia. It is estimated about 100 suicides occur within the forest every year .

5. The Nazca Lines of Peru

 

 

These enormous geoliths are believed to have been created by the nazca culture. Located on a plateau of more than 50 miles, Hundreds of these designs were created by uncovering the light dirt beneath the red pebbles of the landscape. Some designs  are geometric shapes, while others  are animals, humans, trees, or flowers. The purpose of creating these designs is still Unknown .
